Repairs and decorations to the external fabric of a Grade II * building in Gloucester Road, Kensington now part of an American Universities London Campus.

Works included design and specification of the sensitive repairs to the building fabric to include ornate masonry and stonework, enhancing metal work to include the gargoyle adorned guttering and general items such as roof repairs and decorations. Preparation of and administration of the JCT contract as CA. Principle Designer duties under CDM Regulations included.
