External repairs and decorations to two adjoining six storey townhouses divided into flats set within a conservation area in Kensington.

Works included the design and specification of the major works for the external refurbishment and administering the JCT contract as CA. Principle Designer duties under CDM Regulations included. Access over neighbouring land to assist with the refurbishment works also formed part of our instruction with the successful negotiation of a Licence.
